Whatever the language, the basic message is the same - respecting the value of music and the choices of the people who make it.” What is your position on downloading music from the internet?

I am extremely sorry to say that I was not able to print this promt on the pre-SOL writing test paper provided. I had worked hahead for my own comfort and had already typed it up a day early.Of course i will surely do so on the next available prompt.
